The Buckeye Valley Basketball league came to me looking for a website – as they had none. They wanted a way for kids to sign up for their league online, and also the ability to pay using an online service. After the site went live, it was used to submit player info, parent info, and make the final payments for the league. Before the league had their website – they had to individually collect money from each parent, making it quite hassle to keep track of everything. Now, everything is simplified using the site for all of their information – stored in a centralized database as well as email.
